so long didn't write a blog already, feel like nothing special to write about here. Hmm... well, every time I also write about my school stuff then this time write something different. actually what is wrote down there is from Tim and Wini's blog, I think it is so meaningful and I should share it to all of you...

You Christians! You are bound. Not allowed to smoke..not allowed to drink....not allowed to go clubbing....So boring..so weak!' ...
~~
Is this what you think of Christians? Pastor Cathryn was preaching yesterday and she said this...
~~
'Who says we can't smoke? Can't drink? Bring it here and I will show you! It takes nothing to smoke and drink and club etc.. But it takes character to say 'No' and it takes FREEDOM to choose to do all the right things and to say 'no' to all that is wrong!
~~
Are you free? Or are you bound? Ps Cathryn was preaching about 'being a Christian'. And Freedom being one of the marks of a Christian. If you call yourself a Christian..are you free? Freedom is being able to do what all that is right and so no to all that is wrong. If you are bound, you may look cool but you can't stop doing what is wrong..you can't choose to do what is right.
~~
Are you free? Can you stop smoking? drinking? watching porn? and the list goes on...

Do you have the character not to receive bribes? not to give bribes? not do things that are ethically wrong just because your boss tells you to? etc

~~

To the Jews who had believed him, Jesus said, "If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free."

(John 8:31-33)

~~

It was one of those sermons which shakes you to your core. So true! You can truly relate with it yet so challenging, knowing there is much more room for growth! I could fully relate to this because before I became a Christian, I couldn't speak a kind word to my little brother. It was terrible.. I was eaten alive by guilt for not treating him right.. I wanted to but I just couldn't! I looked tough but I was weak. When I came to know Jesus and began to learn His teachings...I was set free! I could finally be nice to my little bro. May look like I've turned from a strong person to a weak and soft person. But you know what? being able to do what is right and shun what is wrong..that is strength!

If you are accused for being a Christian, will there be enough evidence?
Let us come to God and acknowledge our weaknesses, ask for forgiveness and soak ourselves in the teaching of Christ in the Bible and practise it... And BE SET FREE! Free to make choices..and free to be a Christian!..Free to live :)
